Rooms
will be ready for you to move into from 4pm on the date of your arrival. This
allows us time to prepare the rooms following the departure of previous guests

We ask
you that you vacate by 10am on the date of your departure to allow us time to
prepare the rooms for the next guests.

Should
you arrive earlier or need to depart later, no problem, we can store your
luggage in a secure space.

Bookings
accepted subject to availability.

The
rooms will be cleaned to a high standard for your arrival and we would
expect it to be in the same condition on your departure.

If there
are any breakages or damages please bring them to our attention on your
departure if not beforehand.

For
guests renting the whole apartment, on your
arrival you will be required to leave a breakages deposit of £100 / €150
which is fully refundable once we have checked the apartment for any possible
damages, breakages or excessive cleaning.

This
deposit will be sent back to you within 14 days of your departure.

Keys: When leaving the premises, please
ensure that you use both keys to lock the front door. All sets of keys must be
returned otherwise there will be a charge of £80 or €120 to change the locks
and for new keys.

Fresh
bedding will be supplied (but not fitted) on a weekly basis.

Bath
towels towels are supplied.

Washing: We will happily do washing for
you if you require this service. We charge €8 for an 8kg wash, including
drying. We can do it same day if you require for an additional €2, or next day
service if you can wait.

Children's
cots and highchairs are available on request at no extra charge.

Additional baby equipment is available for a small hire charge to cover
cleaning and usage costs.

Smoking
is NOT permitted in the apartment or house, and we thank you for your
co-operation in this.

Pets are
NOT permitted in the rooms or the house.

No
responsibility will be accepted by us for claims resulting from the use of the
property or elsewhere.

No
compensation will be paid where anything occurs beyond our control - including
Force Majeure (anything unusual or unforeseeable - the consequences of which
could not have been avoided with the exercise of all due care and attention).

The use
of the accommodation, grounds, equipment or other amenities is entirely at
your risk and we accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to
guests personally, their belongings or vehicles.

You are
strongly advised to arrange full holiday and health insurance and to bring a
valid European Health Insurance Card. UK customers can obtain one from
www.ehic.org.uk

We will
not be liable for any failure of internet, electricity, gas or water supplies
to the apartment.

We will
not be liable in regard of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the
accommodation or grounds; nor any other matters beyond the reasonable control
of ourselves; nor for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered
by any guest should the property be destroyed or substantially damaged prior
to the rental period, other than the amount already paid by you in respect of
the rental.

Under no
circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid to us by you
for the rental period.

Please be
aware we are situated in close to the centre of the Mazamet and cannot be held
responsible for associated noise, festivities or traffic beyond our control.

Please
note that children (under the age of 14) must be supervised by a parent or
guardian inside the pool area at all times.

In the
interests of safety, jumping and diving are not permitted in the pool and no
glass can be taken inside the pool area.

Bookings
will be confirmed only on receipt of a 10% deposit (however, if your
initial booking is only 8 weeks prior to your visit, we require payment in
full).

Dates
enquired of will only be held open for seven days pending receipt of deposit.

The
10% deposit will be refunded if you cancel your holiday more than 8
weeks in advance of your arrival date.

If you
cancel within 8 weeks of your arrival we will attempt to re-let and if we are
successful we will refund all or part of the deposit.

You are
strongly advised to take out travel insurance which covers any financial loss
resulting from unavoidable cancellation.

The full
balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival.

Credit & Debit cards are accepted but
are subject to a 3.4% charge for amounts up to £1,500 decreasing to 2.9% for transactions
above £1,500.
