The Holiday-en France apartment is self-catering. However, if you would like to spoil yourselves for just one dinner, or you would like to have all your meals prepared for you, this can easily be arranged.

We are proud to be able to offer the services of gourmet chef Angus Longstaff.

Angus can offer a range of choices depending on your requirements and budget. From full gourmet meals every day, to specialist picnic lunches created from local specialities. If you would like to have a party in the apartment or garden, this can also be arranged.

Although delighted to tailor his services to your requirements, Angus also offers a choice of four menus, starting from 25€ per person for lunch or dinner, going up to 30€, 40€ and 50€ for a gourmet dinner - each catering specifically to your individual tastes.

We can also supply waiting staff for an additional 20€ per waiter per service.

About Angus Longstaff

Angus has been working in France for the last ten years - firstly as one of the Chefs at the Australian-owned, Paris-based Wooloomooloo, in the Bastille district. Also while living in Paris he was invited to cook at the Australian Embassy which led to him being "in demand" for the three English-speaking embassy's, in particular for the diplomatic corp's private functions, many of which were held in their private residencies.

In the winter of 2003 he worked as the Head Chef of Indigo Lodges, a company that specialises in luxury, catered chalets. More recently, he has been cooking for guests on luxury hotel barges in Burgundy, the Rhone River and the Canal de Midi.
